Ritten House Square is a new development in the centre of Philadelphia. The development is comprised of an apartment block which is 160 metres tall and will house 150 residential units and a second block which will house a 200 bedroom hotel and is 61 metres tall.
When completed it will be the tallest residential building in Pennsylvania.
